Had such a good experience at Regent! The customer service was amazing, especially one worker named Ellie — she was so sweet, welcoming, and attentive the whole time. She really made the experience feel personal and comfortable. And the bread was incredible too, super fresh, soft, and flavorful. You can really tell they put care into everything they make. Definitely coming back again!
This is the best bakery I’ve ever been to. So many delicious items and everything for a very low price. You can tell that this bakery is going above and beyond to make sure all of their customers are satisfied. Cakes and pastries always consistent in that taste and texture. The girl that is working there, unfortunately I don’t remember her name has an absolute sweetheart personality. Stopped by Regent Cakes & Bakery in Factoria (Bellevue) a few times for cakes and coffee. The cakes are excellent—light, flavorful, with great options like fruit mousse and tiramisu-style ones. Pastries are solid too. I tried their latte with almond flavor, which was well-made and tasty, though the almond syrup added an extra 75 cents.
