Prices are going way too high every time that we go in it’s more expensive than the last. Also, the front of the restaurant is dirty and needs to be cleaned up including the floor for the price that’s being paid food is good quality, however, they need to work on their attention to detail cleanliness and prices need some attention.

FOOD IS AMAZING!!!!been here quite a few times but only got to-go orders. decided to eat in today and we got there and the appetizers took a good 30 minutes and the entrees took an additional 20 minutes. my party and i have all worked in the food industry so we know how it is but it just ended up taking too long for us. hoping for better experiences in the future. again amazing food!!

I been coming to this restaurant almost weekly for the past 2 years. I love this place!Just making this review to bring this to their attentionI got the Garlic fried rice here recently and the amount of burnt particles was a lot. Hope they have better cleaning hygiene after reading this

I love the pork pad Thai. I got chicken last time and the chicken was not as moist as the pork, but the pork is SO so so tender. It is a good portion for the price. I think the flavors in the sauce are quite well balanced and it is very saucy, but absolutely not oily. Well toasted flavorful peanuts, a fresh lime wedge. Not sure why the carrots are there or why the scallions are in such big pieces but overall it is very yummy. Service was great and they're very fast if you dont hit the dinner rushAlso I ask for 3 ⭐ spice and they nailed it both times

My lord. The food here is 100% delicious. You get good sized portions and everything is seasoned and just amazing. I tried many things for my first visit and got 1 star spice on the dishes. It gives your throat a little tingle and it's perfect. Next time I'll do 3 stars and it'll be perfect spice for me.

Though the food is good, there is no way I am coming back as long as they do not know how to do customer service. I have never been to a place where they kick customers out while they are in the middle of eating. You are closed, sure. However, that means you no longer take more orders. Does that mean, you won't have patience to let your customer finish their food? How long would that take? It would only take 10 extra mins lady. You can absolutely be nice and allow that space and make your customer happy and then they will bring back their family and friends. Oh, the most ridiculous thing is that, when I stood up and mentioned that " I have not been to a place where they kick people out in the middle of their eating." The girl who works there started a whole dramatic argument with me, and at one point even ask me to shut up and told me if I don't stop talking she won't stop rebuttals . Is she like 5-yr-old? Finally I was like ok, this lady is obviously confused about that she is in service and I was the customer. I chose to be the grown up and stopped talking. What a waste of energy. I have never been treated like that in a restaurant before. I went there after a spa treatment, and it was such a regret! Please, people, if you choose customer service as an industry, learn some basic customer service etiquette. I don't usually write reviews, but I write this one here to hopefully help prevent things like this from happening again at this place. Please learn to provide good customer service to your customers. Thank you!

Recently had the zion chicken lunch combo. Kinda felt cheated, there were chunks of lettuce hidden under the chicken to inflate the quantity. There was more lettuce than chicken in the box.Food was tasty but all these sneaky tactics pissed me off.

Its been YEARS since my husband and I have had Rice N Spice so we decided to have Rice N Spice for our Friendsgiving! We ordered Pad Thai, Pineapples Fried Rice, Zion Chicken, and Sweet N Sour Chicken. The consensus favorite was Pad Thai and Pineapple Fried Rice, the worst was Zion Chicken and Sweet N Sour Chicken. Zion Chicken was so hard to chew, not even crispy at all. Sweet N Sour Chicken, you barely had any chicken at all. Mostly vegetables and the chicken was also hard to chew. Pad Thai, noodles werent soggy and not sweet. Pineapple Fried Rice, good mix of sour and sweet. Overall, will continue to visit. Still tastes as good as we remembered.

Food is Ok, its Thai food, but Thai Ginger is better I think. Ambiance, i would rate at below average. Dark and dank place, not the cleanest, no space to sit, gets crowded with everyone waiting for takeout and you will wait a long time, which brings me to my next point. Service is absolute garbage. zero customer service, the customer is always wrong here. I have only been to this restaurant twice with a coworker and I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. Both times i ordered right after my coworker, he got his food in 10-15 min, i had to wait longer, and my order was right after his. this last time i went, he got his food in 15 min, i had to wait 35 min for mine. They kept making excuses why my order is taking so long. they said between the time he ordered, and the time i ordered, there were a bunch of online orders....which is a lie because it was a slow time when we walked in but as we waited 30 min, it got busier and busier, and they prepared orders from everyone after me, before mine. They also said they ran out of pad thai and had to make a new batch....YOU RAN OUT OF PAD THAI???? YOU'RE A PAD THAI RESTAURANT AND THIS IS LUNCH RUSH!!!!!! WRONG, LIAR. Just tell me you dropped the ball and forgot to make my order. They would not admit it or give me a free meal to keep me coming back. I asked for a free meal because they screwed up but they wouldnt even do that. So i wont go back. This is Bellevue WA, its an Asian food hub and there are dozens of Thai Restaurants. This place wont last, i would rather go to Thai ginger.
