Seastar was one of the highlights of our vacation in Washington! The scallops were absolutely delicious, and the passionfruit cheesecake was the perfect way to finish the meal. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was even better. Our server, Sarah, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality really added to the experience. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
Seastar is a Bellevue classic. Definitely one of the best seafood fine dining restaurants in the PNW. Everything is perfect from the impeccable service to the flawlessly well cooked meals. Ideal for business gatherings or that special date. I'd pass on bringing young kids unless your educating them on the finer things in life.
The best wagyu steak I've ever had. My wife and I ordered the 3 course meal and it didn't disappoint for either of us. They had a high chair for our son too. What a great place. Expect to be there for a while though, it's not an in and out type of place.
