Food and service is top tier. Don’t listen to the 1 star reviews as my family and I never had this experience with either the food or staff in the restaurants.
Staff deserves an absolute shout out for top tier service and also how the manager checks in with all the tables which shows how deeply the staff care about the quality of the experience and food. The chefs absolutely deserve praise as the nigiri selection is very fresh and rice is cooked perfectly...

Seastar is a very good seafood experience. We have visited several times and the food, service and atmosphere are all great, every time. This is an upscale place with nice decor great for date night. You can walk in and sit in the bar (no reservation, first come first serve) but friday and saturday in the dining room a reservation is recommended. The wait staff have always been knowledgeable and attentive when we visited. The food also has been excellent every time.
