I ordered the bulgogi sandwich, the BELT sandwich, and a berry overnight oats for my partner and 3 year old to share. The sandwiches were delicious and flavorful! Bread was perfectly toasted, yet still fluffy. Good ratio of all ingredients. My 3 year old also loved the oats and the egg in the sandwiches. Super cute little spot in downtown Bellevue. The servers were super nice and the bingsoo was really good, too! But the sandwiches left a little to be wanted. Needs more flavor, more punch!

the mushroom Shroom Sandwich was great as well.
i wish they allowed customization to the Avocado Sandwich so that I could have the egg on the side and added some jalapenos and spicy sauce.
