I can't speak to the food truck experience, but I would avoid the pick up experience at their Bellevue location. I've done two pick up orders on separate occasions and both times I had to wait more than 15 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready. In fact, they hadn't even started my order when I got there. They were busy preparing their two food trucks. To make matters worse, the food was hastily prepared (sauce everywhere on my chicken sandwich bun), the orders weren't correct (incorrect sides and type of fried chicken), and the chicken was super salty. Man.....not going their again.

Seoul Bowl is a delicious and unassuming eatery in Greater Seattle. While visiting from Florida, we stopped for some great lunch. We tried a bowl, Korean fried chicken, a chicken sandwich and loaded Korean fries. They were all so good! Also, the customer service was top tier. I had a great conversation with one of the owners that happened to be in the location today. He was incredibly kind and even through in some free drinks for our party while we waited. Overall, an amazing experience and definite must-do! Thank you for your warm welcome to the area!

Seoul Bowl food truck! Their beef bulgogi bowl is outstanding! Today, I placed an order with their Bellevue location, which doubles as their base of operations. I ordered the sweet and spicy KFC, and the sweet and spicy rice cakes. Much to my surprise, they had Chilsung Cider, which made my meal complete! Outstanding meal, and great customer service! Thank you for a great meal! I would recommend Seoul Bowl highly!
