This place is your go to for reasonably priced yet healthy lunch/breakfast options. Especially for a city like Bellevue it's not easy to find a quick spot to cater for large groups. Specialty's is your go to for everything. I love catering office events from here, be it breakfast or lunch. They deliver or you have a pick up option. Recently at this location they have expanded, so if you are going with a large group of people they are able to accommodate this. They have a self service check out so no waiting in lines. They have also added more options to their lunch menu such as healthier salad option. I just love their Good Fortuna salad, where you can customize the greens that you want in your salad, from kale, to mixed greens to Asian greens, you name it they have it. For those sweet tooth like me, lets not forget their yummy cookies.......especially when it's freshly baked- yum ! I have gotten two boxed lunches from this location this week and another a few months back. We have vendors who bring us lunch and this place is a favorite. This week I had two salads, the Spinach, Berry and Goat Cheese and also the Chicken Chinese Salad. Both were delish. Both had a delish piece of Focaccia Bread... frankly, I wish I had more of that. The box comes with a cookie and an apple. My only gripe was that each salad came with a oatmeal cookie... I assume that they assume salad eaters like oatmeal cookies, this one does not. I missed trying their chocolate chip cookies and both my salad boxes had oatmeal. Bummer. Otherwise, super fresh salads, tasty dressings, and again... focaccia for days.

Thanks for telling me to wait 20 minutes for breakfast croissants to be ready and then not having any ready or even in the oven. On a good note, your crew really seems to get along. Nice that you pay people to hang out and joke all morning. I was hoping for a coffee, but that can wait, I guess...?
