News Flash. This iconic purveyor of delicious and authentic South and North Indian dishes has been sold and is shut down. Spice Route - I will miss your saag paneer, rava masala dosa and medu vada. And the friendly hospitality of the owner Lakshmi Thannu, who also owns Moksha Indian Restaurant in downtown Bellevue.
Visited this restaurant for lunch buffet today(Monday). There were a lot of vegetarian options and 4 meat options with “chicken biriyani “! The lamb curry and chicken curry was good but not at all spicy, butter chicken was good. Biriyani was horrible. It was like Bell pepper curry rice and not like Biriyani ? a total let down!!!! Please don’t spoil the legacy of Biriyani like this ?!!! Masala dosa was fresh, hot and crispy. Naan was good. Rasam was yummy ?. It will be good...read full review
