Third time at this location that I have experienced the WORST customer service. I went in early on a Sunday and ordered an Americano with four shots - three decaf and one regular. They were slow and my drink was ready fast. I asked the barista (Kamea) “Just want to double check that this has three decaf and one regular shot, correct?” She rudely informed me that the grande only comes with three shots. “Yes, but I ordered four.” She told me again that it only comes with three, I told her again what I ordered. She says she will “add another shot of decaf” and then starts whispering with the girl who took the order. I ask the cashier “You heard me order four shots, right?” (Keep in mind the order is now visible in my app and I definitely ordered and paid for four shots.) Kamea says loudly to me “It says four shots!” So then I am waiting for a few minutes for them to let me know it’s ready. Nothing, and now they both look like they aren’t doing anything. I ask Kamea “Is it ready?” She gestures to the counter and says “It’s right there!” (There were a bunch of drinks on the counter and I had assumed she would let me know when it was done.) I say “Oh, you didn’t say anything, you saw me standing here waiting.” She says “It’s right there!”

No apology for HER mistake whatsoever, just total rudeness and angry facial expressions. I was honestly in shock. I don’t care about mistakes, they happen, but how hard is it to say “Sorry about that, we will get that fixed for you right away!” and then as soon as it’s done, let me know instead of letting me stand there waiting!

Kamea should absolutely NOT be working in a job where she has to deal with customers if this is how she treats them. It’s really not that hard. Be nice. Own and apologize when you mess up. Don’t try to spread your own anger to people just trying to get their coffee.

Really bad customer service here. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer ordering with my Starbucks app. I get my Nitro cold brew daily at various Starbucks locations and this is the first time I came to this location. I know how full the grand nitro cold brew should be filled up to. But this store filled my nitro cold brew with mostly foam and the cold brew brown liquid was only up to 1/3 of the cup. So I asked them if there is a problem with their nitro machine and the store person just rudely said there was no problem with their machine and this is his nitro cold brew supposed to be, mostly foam. He rudely said all the other Starbucks I had been to were making it wrong.
In the past at other Starbucks locations when there was a problem like that with the nitro machine filling up most of the cup with foam instead of cold brew, the other locations kindly apologized to me and sent their nitro machine for fixing and 2 weeks later their nitro cold brew was made correctly again.
This Factoria Village Starbucks barista was really rude to me and should not represent my beloved Starbucks brand. He was in denial when a customer tried to let them know a problem.

Very dirty bathroom, the person handing out the drinks, it seen not very friendly, Starbucks should offer more drinks with cero sugars, example almond milk should be cero sugars.

This store is the worse starbucks I've ever been to. Staffs are unprofessional, very rude. They messed up my orders twice, overcharged me for something I didn't order. Horrible services and staffs, I will never go back to this store. On a 5star review scale, this location store doesn't even deserve one star, zero should be it.

This is a small Starbucks, but the staff are incredible! I stopped here with a very hungry/upset infant. They helped me get warm water by mixing it just right and helped me settle to feed her. They also made my drink order perfectly and soothed a frazzled mom! Thanks for the amazing service and support!

Usually I grab a coffee before work or on break, the younger girl that makes the drinks is AMAZING. She deserves 5 stars!!! Always greets me by name, actually asks how’s my days going, reminds me of the staff when I ran a Starbucks years back. I’m pretty sure everyone there knows who this is as well. There’s another younger girl that’s really nice too! Unfortunately, today v2 I think the name is watched me and this young lady walk in at same time. I get same things every day so I walk strait to counter and grab my perfect bar and stand there. She was looking at cups, as she walks up he says “I’ll actually take her first” I don’t know if it was a friend of his or if there was an “alternate” reason for his decision. I put alternate in quotations to spare the reason(s) I believe it to be.

Came to this Starbucks for my usual coffee. The espresso tasted really bitter and gross, I only took a few sips of the coffee, ran an errand and came back to see if it was possible to get a remake. The barista who took my order, Chris was super nice when he first took my order but when I came back for my remake he was super rude and condescending when I complained about the taste of the espresso. This is a coffee order I get almost every day and this interaction was one that honestly made me feel really unwelcome at this Starbucks. Jess the barista who made my drink was super kind and my drink was made perfectly by her and very speedy. She even connected with me at the hand off plane.
