Lots of working space and complete Starbucks menu offerings. Service is promot and efficient. Only complaint is slow internet, which is solvable via using personal Hotspot.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte and even double-checked with the cashier to make sure it was iced, not hot. When I received my order, it was hot. I politely mentioned that this wasn’t what I ordered, but instead of handling it professionally, the employee got visibly irritated and spoke to me rudely.
He then remade the drink, but the iced version tasted strange — something was off, and I couldn’t even drink it. I ended up throwing it away after paying $8.50 for it. The worst part was that when he handed me the drink, he shut the window right in my face, which felt very disrespectful and unnecessary.
I’ve always liked Starbucks for its service and consistency, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so no other customer has to go through the same experience.

Caramel macchiato is terrible. It tastes terrible. Burnt. Sometimes is not bad but most of the times you can’t drink it. Probably not going back for a while.
This Starbucks is a great hang-out spot; not just a drive through.

This Starbucks is a great location to do schoolwork or actual work. Lots of seating, with a good amount of space between tables. Plug ins along the window seal and on pillars.
Good and speedy service.

Did a mobile order on the wrong location. Sage, one of the baristas was super kind enough to make my order and call the branch I sent my order to cancel it. Customer service is top knotch here and that is something you rarely see these days. This will be my go to starbucks from now on

I would give this a ZERO if I can !
I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue before, but today’s experience was very disappointing. When I drove up to the window, the machine was positioned so high that I couldn’t see the screen. I mentioned this to the staff member, but he showed no concern and seemed visibly annoyed.
After receiving my first drink, I politely asked for a straw and a stopper. Instead of acknowledging my request, he closed the window without responding. When he handed me the second drink, I assumed he would include the items I had asked for — but again, he closed the window without a word. I waited at the window, and when he reopened it, he gave me a dismissive and unpleasant look.
This level of service was surprising and disappointing, especially considering my past positive experiences at this location.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in Bellevue.
The environment here is incredibly relaxing — the seating area is spacious, clean, and super comfortable whether you’re here to work, read, or catch up with friends. The staff are always friendly, patient, and quick, which makes every visit feel welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer, and it’s consistently a great experience. I really appreciate the vibe and the team here.

This is a relatively new Starbucks that replaced the location down the street inside Crossroads Mall. It is a standalone location with a drive-through. The entrance is only accessible if you are traveling northbound on 156th Avenue NE, so you will need to do a U-turn if you are traveling southbound or turn into Crossroads before exiting. When exiting, you travel northbound, but there is a U-turn stop at the next light.
Since the parking is limited, I feel this location is less preferable to the nearby Kelsey Creek store. I will say that the store interior is lovely. It has a nice mid-century modern type of look. There is even covered seating outside the store. However, that does not seem too appealing when the parking lot is full of cars in the drive-through lane and you are breathing car exhaust. Overall, it is a good location if you can find a parking space here. The interior feels like a good place to lounge and/or work out of while enjoying a drink.
Great atmosphere. Nice and clean sitting. Getting here might be tricky if you are on the wrong side of the road (with the U turns specially)

I love this Starbucks! The drinks are made lightning fast, there is a roaring fire to sit by when it’s freezing cold, and a really neat arrangement of quite a lot of sitting space and furniture.
I’m up at Crossroads quite a lot anyway, so I definitely think this will be one of my favorite spots to have a beverage and read a book or work 🤓

If I could I would like zero points here . Got the worst service ever , only had less than a minute to refill my tea with hot water but kept me standing there . It puts me in a bad mood. Why tip for service if you don't get good service?
