I love this Starbucks! The drinks are made lightning fast, there is a roaring fire to sit by when it’s freezing cold, and a really neat arrangement of quite a lot of sitting space and furniture.
I’m up at Crossroads quite a lot anyway, so I definitely think this will be one of my favorite spots to have a beverage and read a book or work 🤓

If I could I would like zero points here . Got the worst service ever , only had less than a minute to refill my tea with hot water but kept me standing there . It puts me in a bad mood. Why tip for service if you don't get good service?

I got a gift card from work, so I asked for a "grande cold brew with about half the normal amount of sweet cream foam on top." We went back and forth bc she couldn't understand what I was asking for... I wound up getting a cold brew with ACTUAL cream in the coffee, and no foam on top 🙄 it was gross. There was big line behind me so I didnt ask for it to be corrected...
The mozzarella+tomato sandwich I got was mostly bread, I didn't hit any ingredients until my 3rd bite.
Back to the boycott. Starbucks went downhill, big time.

People are nice but the drinks are often made wrong. It’s not a dealbreaker but like little things just often are often made differently depending on who makes the drink. Not like bad— it’s just strange when the Frappuccino looks different day to day because they make things in the wrong order or use the wrong toppings.

I just want to thank this location for ALL the hard work during the power outage in Bellevue. We are still without power and have gone to this location several days in a row for breakfast and a warm place to sit. We just got married and have family from Colombia. They're not used to the cold, but they were able to sit next to the gas fireplace at Starbucks, warm up with coffee and a gas fire, The staff was working so hard and you could tell they staffed up to help out the community! Thanks, Starbucks staff. This family really appreciates all you are doing for the Bellevue residents!

I had a good experience at the drive thru, the gentleman had a good attitude. My mocha frap was cool, not the best tho. Still a good option if you want something quick
Very nice Starbucks location. I'm usually with my dog. So order online and then pickup my order and leave. However sometimes I sit out back in the outdoor seating area.
I have no complaints.

A very disappointing visit to a very standard Starbucks. Went for a quick, early lunch only to discover that the food items I usually order were all out of stock. Opted for a cheese sandwich, greasy when heated, and coffee. The sandwich was delivered fairly quickly, but getting cup of brewed Pike Place resulted in a long delay and two visits to the bar to confirm that it would be available, then t was delivered less than piping hot. The shop was uncrowded, and the clerks were more interested in chatting with each other than in assisting clients.

I visited this Starbucks yesterday and was having a really tough day. I couldn't hold back my tears and ended up crying heavily in the store. A kind barista, a young woman, noticed and came over with a matcha latte for me, along with some warm, comforting words. Her kindness really touched me during such a vulnerable moment, and I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to her. And this small act of compassion made a huge difference to me, really.
