I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving to find my order not ready when I arrived. I noticed 3 People walk in and order in front of me and receive their orders before I received mine kinda ridiculous isn’t the point of mobile order to skip the line ? I was late to work.

Not the fastest service, but friendly. An elderly man in front was struggling to make his order, and the team handled it so kindly, helping him understand what to get and patiently waiting for him to decide.Drinks here are okay, I drink oat and often they come out scalding hot but they always get the temp spot-on here.

This Starbucks is ass and definitely is the most inconsistent location in Downtown Bellevue. Avoid this place at all cost unless you like curdled, separated drinks. I've never had service like this at any other location. Corporate should really consider shutting that location back down and do people that are out for good coffee some justice because you will definitely psych yourself out.

I had a great experience at this particular Starbucks. Friendly staff but they seemed very understaffed as there were only two employees working but a long line of customers. Good customer service and they always get my name right. Would recommend to everyone.

I'm sitting here try to relax with my drink and the 3 women behind the counter won't stop complaining. They've been complaining since the moment I walked in and it doesn't appear as if they're going to stop any time soon. They're loud too. Clearly don't care about customers.
