I had a great experience at this particular Starbucks. Friendly staff but they seemed very understaffed as there were only two employees working but a long line of customers. Good customer service and they always get my name right. Would recommend to everyone.
Worth a review for this consistently friendly Starbucks. The service from ordering to the Barista is always pleasant. Normally quite a hub of workers and shoppers from the Mall across the street, has been a bit of a shadow of its former self through the Covid period with just to go or sometimes only windswept seats possible outside, However the staff are standout here. Not the fastest service, but friendly. An elderly man in front was struggling to make his order, and the team handled it so kindly, helping him understand what to get and patiently waiting for him to decide.Drinks here are okay, I drink oat and often they come out scalding hot but they always get the temp spot-on here.
