I visited this Starbucks almost every day while staying at the Courtyard Marriott for the last four years. Due to work, I returned to Washington and moved into a place very close by. I found out recently this store will close on January 31, 2026. I truly love the employees here. Since many of the employees also work at the hotel, I got to know them very well. They shared with me they’re not going to notify customers of the impending closure. I’m posting to let everyone...
Not the fastest service, but friendly. An elderly man in front was struggling to make his order, and the team handled it so kindly, helping him understand what to get and patiently waiting for him to decide.Drinks here are okay, I drink oat and often they come out scalding hot but they always get the temp spot-on here.
I had a great experience at this particular Starbucks. Friendly staff but they seemed very understaffed as there were only two employees working but a long line of customers. Good customer service and they always get my name right. Would recommend to everyone.
