My dad, brother, and I visited Steve’s Bar & Grill on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025. We were staying at the Eastgate Hotel, Best Western Signature Collection (formerly Silver Cloud) and wanted to find a bar for some drinks and food. Surprisingly, there really aren’t that many places in the area but we did take an Uber to Steve’s.

Still my favorite hole in the wall bar in Bellevue. But made even better by the great food. When I worked nearby I used to go in a couple times a week. Staff is always friendly, and the place is filled with regulars so it's easy to get to know people.

I am not going to lie, I was kind of put off at the sight of this place upon arrival, but I am so glad we gave it a try. It is certainly a dive bar, as described. The atmosphere is that of a dive bar, so slightly dusty and maybe a touch grimey looking, but a surprisingly clean bathroom (woman's) with a thought-provoking collage. It certainly has old bar vibes with tables, the bar, and tv's.
