Ordered lunch here and it was not ready even when the subway app said it was ready. When inquired about the order 10 minutes post the order ready time, the owner/attendant replied very rudely. When I finally received my order it had ingredients missing e.g bacon, some sauces that I added and the overall sub was a bad job. Avoid this place if you can.

I took my kids here today and ordered three sandwiches, the total was $43.00 no drinks or snacks, after I paid for the sandwiches, the guy said “ you should have ordered online we have a promotion 2 foot longs for $12.99”. My first thought was to cancel the order but I had two kids with me excited about eating their subs. That said, I have never been a big fan of Subway since they doubled their prices and the serving sizes remained the same… shame on him for not focusing on customer retention… I prefer Jimmy’s John or Jersey Mike and this experience supports my decision. After toasting the bread it was very hard and dry.
This is my second online order from this location, and like the first, the toppings were extremely sparse. It felt like eating plain bread with barely any vegetables or protein. The portions are too small, and I won’t be ordering again unless this is addressed.

Worst quality and Super expensive.
Undercut the amount of veggies to begin with and charged $5 more than any average Subway location for footlong.
Tried the churro, it was so bad I threw it away, tasted like cardboard. Sandwich was standard subway but the churro was a surprise.

This location charges $2 more for a 6" than other locations in the area. Today was my first time walking over to this location during lunch at work and I'm actually shocked at how many people were there even though the price is 25% higher here than other Subways for half a sandwich. You get more for the same price at any other sandwich place in and around downtown Bellevue. WILD. Will not be going back.

Ordered through mobile app; it indicated pick up at 12:20pm. The app said its done, so walked to store.I arrived and saw there was a backup of online orders (with one waiting 30min for an online order, they ended up waiting in line)Why say ready on the app if that is not the case? Ended up leaving, wasting money and time (line was too long, would take at least 20-30min)Last time Subway has my business
