Definitely come here for the experience. The drinks are pricey but they come dressed up in all kinds of candy. We ordered a steak sandwich, sliders, chicken Alfredo and calamari. One of the goblin drinks and a milkshake. The best thing out of all the food we ordered was the sandwich, lots of meat and packed with flavor. Everything else was not great but not bad either. We came for happy hour and made reservation for 4pm. Surprisingly the place was not busy. There were only two other families dining in. The waitress was very attentive and kind especially toMy kids which is a huge plus for me.

Amazing place! Love it here. Emmy did a great job bar tending.

Arrived shortly before our 6:00 reservation and we were promptly seated. It was the...slowest...service....ever. We didn't get out of there until 8:15, seriously over 2 hours for a table of 5, just dinner and their half mega sundae. No drinks, no apps, restaurant wasn't even busy. I hid my frustration from my daughter since it was her birthday but will never be returning. Food was mediocre but again, absolutely painful service.

We were seated for 45 minutes before our drink order was taken; no dishes were cleared from any other table after it was vacated the whole 2.5 hours it took to get overcooked cheeseburgers. It looked like there were no people bussing the tables and no manager at all.

We went for a birthday dinner and had to wait around 30 minutes to get service. The food specifically was bland and not worth it and the drinks were so sticky and expensive. It was a good one time experience but I don't think I would ever go back unless someone really wanted to go.

We've been there before and was sadly disappointed with both the service and milkshake for my daughters birthday. It came with 2 treats on top, not what was described on the menu. Definitely not worth the money we paid!

Super bummed. We traveled 4 hours, made reservations a month ago and they were not staffed for the amount of customers they took in. Food is spendy which I was fully aware and prepared for but the service was terrible. The food was good but again it took over 2 hours to get it. I have been to this sugar factory (4 years ago) and the one in San Diego before and the experience was amazing. This Bellevue sugar factory needs a face-lift! Photo op was icky, makes me sad for the chain of this restaurant.

Service was average, quality of food was terrible. Overpriced milkshakes and drinks. We had heard good things so wanted to give it a try for a Birthday celebration and we're sadly disappointed.

The food was cold when it arrived at the table, and not very good. If you have food allergies, the statement on the menu basically indicates they are unwilling to accommodate them. That is an awful approach with so many kids that have allergies and would like to be included in a birthday party or special occasion group. If you would like large, expensive desserts, this is the place to go, but the food was very disappointing.

Super disappointing experience! I have visited the Sugar Factory in San Diego (which was amazing), so was super excited to visit the Seattle location in this upscale shopping mall. To start, the lobby space was in poor shape. The candy was woefully stocked, it felt grimy and unkept. The hostess was running around, but never chatted with us. The photo opt wall was gross. It was filthy and had missing color pops and paint. We had a reservation and were sat over 45 minutes late. Everything took so long. Getting our drinks, and ordering food took an hour. The food was fine. In general my table was disappointed by their drinks, I ordered a Strawberry Hustle and it was great! Our server was obviously overwhelmed by everything but he made very little effort to serve our table. No communication about what to expect (long delays, what the non alcoholic drinks were made with, what drinks were out before we looked at the menu). It was a waste of almost THREE hours and over $300!

Overpriced gimmicy garbage that is designed to part fools from their money. This isn't real food, it's social media fodder. $39 for a sugar soaked alcoholic beverage? GTFO with this nonsense and just give me a Jameson for Christ's sake.

The entrance looked unkept and the hostess was rude upon arrival. You could tell it had been a busy night but tables weren't being cleaned promptly. Our server was great and there were no issues with the food/drinks. This place is pricey but a fun atmosphere. Not sure if I would go back to this location.
