Really slow
Really poor customer service. I ordered a burrito through DoorDash, even when I showed them my order and confirmed the address they insisted that my order wasn't in the system and then just proceeded to ignore me.

Stopped by the Taco Bell near the Newcastle/Factoria area during lunch, and it was a bit of a logistical challenge to get to. The location is tricky to access and it seems it’s only reachable through nearby businesses or a narrow side road. Parking was packed up front, so I ended up walking from the business park nearby. The drive-thru lane was also slammed. Inside, the store felt newly built and was very clean, which I appreciated. I used the Taco Bell app and got a few great promotions, which made allowed for some savings. What threw me off, though, was an employee cleaning the windows right next to my table during my meal. The strong smell of whatever chemical they were using totally disrupted the experience. I get that cleaning has to happen, but there’s a time and place.

Worst Taco Bell of all time. Horrible experience. They did a sloppy job making my burrito, and made it wrong. had attitude and didn’t believe me when I said they made it wrong. Took 3 men inspecting it and arguing with me about how it was made. Good god how hard is it to just remake it and move on. I only cared because I payed like 8 dollars for it. Literally they argued with me and embarrassed me over a damn burrito. Worst Taco Bell of all time

I went to order food at 4:00 AM in Drive Thru, and they stated they were closed for reset which would last about 45 minutes. I told them they needed to change the 24 hour sign on the door and they stated that they are open 24 hours. While the lobby may be open and allow customers during reset, you cannot order food, which is essentially the point of having your hours posted.

Horrible horrible EXPERIENCE worst place ever waited in the drive thru line for and hour all for 3 cars!!! Never been more frustrated with a stupid restaurant

I'm leaving this 1 star review as I'm waiting in line at the drive through. There were 3 cars in front of me 25 minutes ago. Only 1 car has gotten through the line in the last 25 minutes. I just wanted a single burrito but this line shows no signs of moving. Worst and slowest drive thru I've ever been to.
The food is what you'd expect. The dining area is clean and welcoming, the soda machine works, and they have free Wi-Fi.

Food is great, customer service, absolutely not. The people there working were extremely rude when I was kind to them. Don't go there for the customer service.
