My Wife liked the chicken Enchilada plate, I had the beef Taco and Enchilada plate, they were alright. They give you chips and Salsa like most Mexican Restaurants. The prices are reasonable and they give you a lot for the money now days.
Bellevue does not have too many good Mexican restaurants. I think Tapatio is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The staffs have low turn over rate so you will see the same staffs anytime you dine there. The food is relatively good, and it is a perfect for those who want a quick casual Friday eat out.
Food was delicious, came out quickly, was very flavorful, and the service was great. Server was very friendly. We had the chicken enchiladas with the tomatillo sauce, carne asada burrito, and fajita burrito. Portions were large so my daughter and I shared and it was more than enough food. I would highly recommend.
