The tacos de asada have a very genuine Mexican taste. Nice salsas, specially the habanero one is very hot.... A little place that tastes like home.

I've been eating here since 2004. Still one of my favorite taco trucks ever!!! Great service, very fast. Personally nothing on the menu is bad. But the tacos and Guadalajara torta are my favorite.
Had two tacos asada/pollo and they were good $2.50 each
Good tacos, not that impressive but the food was good
The tacos are really good and pretty cheap, highly recommend their chicken tacos.
I've always noticed a line outside Taqueria Guadalajara whenever I drive by, so I decided to stop by with a coworker for lunch and see what the hype was about. We ordered 3 asada and 3 al pastor tacos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were, especially for the Bellevue area.
Being originally from Southern California, I'm quite picky about my tacos, but these were as close as it gets to the ones back home. The salsa is sooo good, and the habanero one had a nice kick to it.
I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. If you're in Bellevue and craving some authentic tacos, Taqueria Guadalajara is a must-visit!
