How amazing is it that one man in a “truck” can; out prepare, out service, and simply “out-do” every aspect of quality Mexican food, better than any of the Mexican restaurants in the greater Seattle area?!?! Unless you have an issue with your food not being served on China, I can’t imagine why anyone would go anywhere else if they were craving Mexican food! The owner is so very kind and helpful… I love being able to support this small business! If you haven’t tried them yet, GO!!! You will not be disappointed!!! 🥰
***The tiniest caveat to otherwise perfection, is the non-recyclable containers the food comes in. I know it’s probably difficult to find disposable containers for the different kinds of food, but if anyone knows of good alternatives, please share it here! Even if it means the prices need to go up a bit to cover the cost, I’m betting people would be more than happy to pay a little more so you could help lower the amount of trash created…. I know I would!! 😉😁🥰
Some of the very best tacos I’ve had in the Seattle area — all the meats are perfect, the tortillas are dialed, and make sure to get the grilled jalapeños and habanero hot sauce. I’ve been a few times and they are very consistent!

Bad experience!! I had to wait over 35 minutes to get 1 burrito and a taco. It took 35 minutes. The guy said some of the orders ahead of me were call-ins but I was the last man standing while I watched people ahead of me come and go with their meals. Doubtful I will be back with that kind of service.

I love this place! Delicious, fresh Mexican food served by very friendly, kind people. Prices are reasonable & there's a wide variety of items to choose from. The mulitas carnitas are my favorite but I also love the chicken salad. Their signature hot sauce is the best... I buy it by the bottle and freeze it so I can use it on other foods at home. As for the atmosphere? Well, it's a food truck in a parking lot, so I give it 5 stars because it is what it's supposed to be! There's plenty of parking & they have a nice covered seating area off to the side.

The lengua tacos were okay. They had plenty of meat but the medium salsa didn't really add much flavor. The biggest issue was that I had to wait about 30 mins for five tacos.
