A delicious, wonderful food truck - parked in the back of a good sized parking lot. Tasty food, great horchata, friendly host, quick & fresh preparation, two tents w/ tables. We eat here every time we are within 5 miles.
One of the best mexican food trucks I been to, and possibly one of the best food options in this area. Chorizo and asada mulitas were amazing, I got side of fries but next time I skip that and get tacos instead with mulitas.
How amazing is it that one man in a “truck” can; out prepare, out service, and simply “out-do” every aspect of quality Mexican food, better than any of the Mexican restaurants in the greater Seattle area?!?! Unless you have an issue with your food not being served on China, I can’t imagine why anyone would go anywhere else if they were craving Mexican food!
