This is my favorite xian restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious and the flavor is always spot on. I often visit their location near the University District, but this location is more convenient and even though it’s in a food court, the quality has never been compromised.

As who from Xi’an , this is my go-to place whenever I’m craving authentic food. The dishes are consistently great, portions are generous, I’ve been coming here regularly and have never been disappointed.

Highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food. Hope this business continues to thrive for many years to come! 😊

A restaurant in the Asian Family Mart food court area that's lacking in decor and ambience, but makes up for it in flavor and taste. Authentic, memorable, and delicious Xian food. Squishy noodles, aromatic oils, crunchy cucumber, and hot grilled meat.

Next to asian family market. The skewers are good and my favourite is the chicken cartilage. Kinda pricy (expected for Bellevue) and you only realize that at self checkout. Its self service. The hygiene of the place is on the poorer side and the tables are very sticky .

Finally, a place for a proper meal that isn't just burgers! They have a great variety of unique dishes on the menu. The hand-pulled noodles are a must-try—super bouncy and fresh. The dumplings and lamb skewers were also spot on. Highly recommend if you’re craving something authentic and satisfying. 5 stars.

The food was ok but the wait time was over 25 minutes for two soups and a fried rice. Mid week at 6 pm. Togo orders kept going out as we waited.
Would have rated lower but we liked the food.

Found this spot on the Eastside recently and was honestly a bit surprised (in a good way).
Came in without huge expectations, but the hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles were really solid—wide, chewy, and clearly made fresh.

The lamb skewers were also really good. Nice charcoal flavor, tender, and not overly gamey.

Prices are pretty reasonable for Bellevue ($10–$20 per person), and the food came out pretty fast.
Feels like a good casual spot for both dine-in or takeout.

If you’re looking for hand-pulled noodles or Chinese lamb skewers, this is definitely worth trying.❤️

Hidden gem in Bellevue! Located inside the Asian supermarket, Taste of Xi’an serves some of the best Xi’an Chinese food in the area. The Biang Biang noodles are fresh and chewy, and the Roujiamo (Chinese burger) is packed with flavor. We also loved the liangpi (cold noodles)—super refreshing!

Fast, affordable, and very authentic. Definitely one of the best spots for Chinese food in Bellevue. Will be back!

Hidden gem inside the Asian grocery!

I found Taste of Xi’an inside the supermarket and it was such a pleasant surprise. If you’re looking for authentic Xi’an Chinese food in Bellevue / Seattle area, this is the spot.

We ordered the Biang Biang noodles, Roujiamo (Chinese burger), Liangpi (cold noodles), and lamb soup, and everything was flavorful, fresh, and came out fast. The noodles had great texture, the roujiamo was juicy, and the cold noodles were super refreshing.

Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous, and service is quick — perfect for a casual lunch or quick dinner while shopping.

Highly recommend if you love Xi’an street food, Chinese noodles, or spicy food. Definitely one of the best hidden food court gems in Bellevue!

We’re a Chinese-American family and this place honestly surprised us in the best way. It’s inside a grocery food court, but the flavors are very authentic — reminds me of Xi’an street food back in China.

We ordered the biang biang noodles, pork burger (roujiamo), and lamb skewers. The noodles were chewy and fresh, the pork was super flavorful, and the skewers had that perfect cumin kick.

My American husband usually doesn’t go for “regional Chinese food,” but he loved everything here. We’ll definitely be coming back regularly!
