This is a hidden gem tucked away inside an Asian supermarket. Many people pick up their orders here or dine in the public seating area, and it’s clear that most of them are regulars. The chefs are busy and work quickly. The food is tasty and won’t disappoint.
The noodles were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. I’ve been to Xi’an before and have fond memories of the city. Many thanks to the front desk for their patient assistance.
We saw Taste of Xi’an listed on Eater 38 Bellevue and tried it out. It’s located inside an Asian food Court so there’s also lots of other yummy choices for people in group if they want something else like hot pot or dumplings. At Xi’an we had the lamb noodle bowl and the lamb biang noodle bowl (and drinks from a diff shop). Both were ready in about 5 minutes. Super yummy long hand -pulled noodles! In the lamb bowl the noodles were pan fried I think with the tender shredded...
