As a Shaanxi native, this place is my absolute go-to without a single hesitation. The flavors are spot-on, and the service is lightning fast. I highly recommend the cold skin noodles (Liangpi), Chinese hamburgers (Roujiamo), and oil-splashed Biang Biang noodles. The charcoal-grilled lamb skewers and mutton stew with broken flatbread (Paomo) are phenomenal—honestly even better than what you get back in Xi'an!
We absolutely love this place. Their noodles are very tasty and fresh. Everything we've had here is fantastic. The spicy beef soup, lamb noodle soup, the kebab skewars, the bread dishes. ALL are Highly recommended. We are so happy that this place has opened up.
My family like this restaurant a lot. The liangpi (cold skin noodles) are an absolute must-try—super refreshing, tangy, and full of flavor. I introduced this restaurant to my Indian friends along with some other foreign guests, and everyone loved the liangpi and fried rice and BBQ and others just as much as we did!
