I tried the original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles this time and really enjoyed it. The broth was flavorful and comforting, and the portion size of the rice noodles was generous. It felt like a satisfying and well-balanced meal. The price was also very reasonable (about $15.95), especially compared with Nan Noodle, so I think the value here is better. I’m looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu next time!

We ordered the beef brisket pickled chili rice noodle $18 and Tomato basa fish noodle soup$17. The noodle and fish portions are generous. The broths were thick, hot and comforting. A little thirsty after the meal but still great experience! 3/2026

Ahhh, nothing more like a bowl of rice noodles on a cold rainy Seattle day to cheer you up :D

It’s very impressive that they’ve maintained such a good price in this economy— while other places are quietly increasing their prices, this place hasn’t changed their price much.
