This was such a fun place to try! The soups were incredibly flavorful, and I loved how customizable everything was. The popcorn chicken was definitely the standout for me, it was AMAZING and I would absolutely come back just for that.

The restaurant was packed with Chinese-speaking diners, which made it feel like we’d stumbled onto a really authentic local spot. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. This particular style of food just isn’t...
I got the Rice Noodles soup with Tomato Broth and Beef Brisket. I think the broth is very nice; good tomato taste, and worked well with the rice noodles. The ingredients they give you also worked well in the broth, like the tofu skin and the corn. I do kind of wish they gave more tofu skins though. The beef brisket tastes decent, but maybe isn't the best to use in the broth. It's fervently fatty, but somehow a little too dried out or tough. Maybe I left it in the soup...
I tried the original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles this time and really enjoyed it. The broth was flavorful and comforting, and the portion size of the rice noodles was generous. It felt like a satisfying and well-balanced meal. The price was also very reasonable (about $15.95), especially compared with Nan Noodle, so I think the value here is better. I’m looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu next time!
