One of the best restaurants we have been to. The atmosphere is very nice with these traditional Japanese curtains. The food was inexpensive but tasted amazing and the portion sizes were large. The wait time is very long however so I would recommend making a reservation in advance or coming early right when it’s about to open for dinner around 4:30.
Fresh ingredients and great flavor without being excessively oily. The original bowl was delicious (although the lotus root was a bit thick for my preference). The skirt steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. We will be back!
Excellent food. We got the premium tendon set, the Umi tendon set, and pork katsu curry. Highly recommended! Make sure to make a reservation or show up before they open. This place stays busy.
Update: came back and the food is still amazing. Got the truffle beef bowl and spicy sashimi, Sakura tendon, and beef omlet rice curry. Service was prompt and helpful! Make sure you get in line early.
