Forgot to take any pictures, but everything was great."Extra Noodles" come in a good sized bowl, which made it really easy for me to split my large bowl with my young kiddo (giving them half the meat and enough broth to cover their noodles.I felt portions were really generous, and the meat was some of the best I've had in pho (steak and brisket).Every order of pho came with a complimentary cream puff, which was fun! A throwback to the pho eateries of the 90's in Seattle. Unassuming location and ambience where the only focus is on the pho. There is no other options beside pho so it has to be the star of it's not anything else. The pho is the star, so it all works out.
Was super busy on a Sunday afternoon. Stood around a little bit then decided to go else where since no one came around to service us. Just didn't feel safe sitting shoulder to shoulder in a packed place....
