I am so beyond grateful that we The Bake Lab for our wedding! They created a wonderful experience and an outcome that was both delicious and beautiful. On the experience - it was super easy communicating with them, and information was detailed and transparent throughout. The tasting dozen cupcakes to help us decide what to order for our wedding was so helpful and fun - we made a little party out of it with a few friends. In addition to a wedding cake, we ordered an assortment of desserts, custom cookies to use for wedding favors (that we requested a day early to prepare favor bags), and an additional cake to celebrate my nephew's college graduation the same day as the wedding. The Bake Lab not only understood all of our various requests but executed with amazing flavors, beautiful presentation, thoughtful packaging, and lots of flexibility in coordinating pickup/dropoff schedules.On the outcomes - they really speak for themselves (I need to hunt down some more dessert photos though!). The range of flavors and desserts that The Bake Lab delivers is incredible - we had amazing matcha, carrot, and chocolate cakes, tiramisu, berry cheesecake, cake pops, and custom sugar cookies, ALL of which were so good that our dessert bar got cleaned out.Finally, the special cake for my nephew - this was a late-breaking add-on to our order and it was really the cherry on top. I didn't know what else to do to show my appreciation for my nephew skipping his graduation to celebrate me, and I'm super appreciative for The Bake Lab to make this happen for us. The baked goods from TheBakeLab are delicious! I ordered an Apple Berry pie and cinnamon rolls, and both were amazing! The crust of the pie was a great mixture of crisp and soft, and the texture and consistency of the apples and berries were perfect! The cinnamon rolls were moist, had a great blend of cinnamon and sugar, and were iced to perfection. I highly recommend TheBakeLab, they definitely did not disappoint.
