First time at The Dollar Shop and we had such a great experience. The host, Ann, and our server, Mei, took time to explain the restaurant background and walk us through the menu, which made it much easier for first-timers. Mei also gave some really good recommendations.

The truffle broth smells amazing, if you’re a truffle fan, it’s definitely worth trying. The tomato broth was also flavorful and comforting. I’d recommend getting one of the Happy Hour...

Had an awesome experience at The Dolar Shop in Bellevue! The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and having individual hot pots made the experience even better. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and customizable to your taste. The atmosphere is upscale but a bit uncomfortable with the furnitures. Chairs and couches were way too as well as the table. The broths here are so flavorful and the meat quality is superior. Sauce bar and jelly bar have great selections and the free ice cream at the end is not to be missed, no matter how lactose intolerant you are.

Faves: Half creamy pork broth half tomato broth. Short plate, fried bean curd roll, tong ho, pea sprouts, veggie platter, shrimp paste.

Set menu options are a good deal, along with happy hour during lunch and late night. Plenty of parking...
