I have been coming to the crossroads location for about three years and have always felt welcome and enjoyed my time while dining in or just stopping to pick up. The staff have been attentive kind and fun. And the food has been excellent. I’m getting relocated in my management position into Seattle so I won’t be here often again but I wanted to say thank you to Paola and Alejandra.
Food is pretty good, but the customer service needs improvement. The cashier didn’t seem to understand English well and wasn’t very helpful with the menu. I also didn’t hear my name being called when my coffee was ready and had to go check on it myself. When my food came out, there was no response to my “thank you,” and the staff member seemed upset. Overall, the place didn’t feel very welcoming, which made the experience less enjoyable.
