If you’re just picking up a ham and sides, this location is fine. But, if you order food, forget it. Our server was left in tears because no one picked up our sandwich order. Other customers who came later, were served before us. Manager seemed disinterested in what was happening.

McKenna helped us get my Christmas supplies and lunch while we waited. Unfortunately, she was the only one helping customers. 6 other people there but she had to take our order then make the food then bring it out. Management needs to pay attention! Over 20 minute wait just for a sandwich.

I’ve tried this place a couple times, both ordering in store and also for pick up on DoorDash. The food is very good and the staff are obviously trying their best. It seems a bit unorganized and the systems are still being set up. However, my one complaint is one of the people packing the orders in the kitchen: they have such a sour attitude towards both employees and guests. Did not get her name. Also for somewhere that is not really that busy, the food (even when ordered ahead)...
