Took our daughter and SIL for a birthday evening. We had an excellent time and I noticed after reading reviews before going there, any of the negatives i read were non existent in our experience. So they were either ‘one off’ situations or they have taken notice of the comments and corrected issues. They did an awesome job on every level. First time coming to the melting pot and it was amazing!!! Our server Hector made the experience so special and took such great care of us. He was super helpful with helping us navigate the menu as it was our first time. We also got to meet the manager Nayeli and she was super sweet and super accommodating. Food and atmosphere were also amazing we had such a great time! Thank you Hector and Nayeli!!!
Great food but don't do the 4 course experience, it's not worth it. Fondue for happy hour is the best food for the best price. Our server Hector was great. Even though we made a reservation, we still had to wait for a table. Most of the restaurant was empty.
