Clean and friendly
Very dry place, workers never interact with you or ask if you need anything and don't even interact amongst each other they are like robots

My favorite tea. This place is perfect for hang out after dinner.
The employee saw us but didn’t help on purpose, we were waiting for a long time. I thought customers were a priority. Also there was no spoons or napkins. How are we supposed to eat our cake? Also the cake was all frozen and dry with no flavor.
Nice tea and desserts with very little sugar
For people like me who enjoys milk tea without any topping, this is one of the best.

No heads up that they were out boba! CUP WITH NO LID!!!! Confusing workers! Ordered 1 drink with no ice but everything had no ice! Drinks were watered down! I asked them to refund me for the cake since there was no boba but instead they still give us the cake with only cream. I love Timeless Tea in U district but will never comeback here!
It has been a good place, we have been coming for years, love the drinks, and environment!
The drinks are great! Desserts are also really good. I recommend the strawberry mochi and the tiramisu cake
