Beijing roast duck is good and the cheapest in Bellevue. This place is actually a general dim sum restaurant not known for seafood so no clue why they’re called seafood restaurant.

Awesome fish! They took special care to make a fresh fish taste like it's been steamed for an entire day 🫡

The shumai we ordered had a small cockroach in it. Will never go to this restaurant again.

The food quality has gotten much worse. This used to be the best dim sum place on the east side. But it has either changed ownership or cooks because today, the food quality was pretty bad. They tried to serve us 6 dimsum dishes that were obviously cooked hours ago and cold, and one was clearly burnt. When I asked for one of the dishes to be made fresh, they seemed pretty annoyed. They also started charging an 18% forced gratuity on 6 or more people. Before, we had to wait 30 minutes or more to get a table, but today, on a Saturday at lunchtime, it was more than half empty. Looks like we'll need to find a new dim sum place...

Dim sums are not even warmed up well, dumplings are not tasty. Does not worth the price.

Me and my wife arrived around 3, ordered promptly and asked for the 3 items ordered to come altogether. Took 30 minutes for 1st item to arrive, another 5 minutes for 2nd and another 5 for the 3rd. Kitchen staff, owner and others eating in the dining room blabbering loudly. Worker also vacuuming the whole time we were eating. Had to ask him to stop and then he proceeds to go to another part of the room and continue with his old loud vacuum. Incredibly rude when a paying customer is eating in the dining room. If you guys need time to clean up and eat, close your restaurant for an hour. It is not your house!

Where do I begin? The parking is abysmal, and I was so cold inside the restaurant that I lost feeling in my toes (and the bathroom was even colder). The loud music with the annoying frequency of the chimes kind of distracted me from the fact that our tea "service" (that's usually free at similar establishments) was $6... PER PERSON. But wait, if you'd like a soda that'll be $4 A CAN. Between the tea "service" and the sodas my friend and I drank, this place bilked a table of three for $26 in non-alcoholic beverages. Besides them dropping items off at our table, we were mostly forgotten about, just like I will mostly forget their okay food, their less than okay service, and the non-existent tea service.

Parking: Free parking lot but lots of nearby businesses that make it clear that "No Restaurant Parking" is allowed.

The parking situation is horrendous. Limited parking available, and you risk getting towed if you don’t park in the VERY SMALL designated area. The amount of patrons the restaurant can handle is more than the parking lot can handle.
