Let me start by saying the service was outstanding. Our server (Jorge) was very attentive and accommodating. Nice variety of seating in regards to noise level. Alejandra, near the patio is the best server - personable in accommodating our every whim. Patio is our favorite seating area because the noise level is low, near the restrooms and is spacious and semi private enough for bringing the family. Staff and ChatGPT are great with suggestions to alter menus for low sodium and nutfree diets. Peter the manager, seems to remember everybody and their likes and dislikes. Wonderful seafood...
We usually enjoy dining at the Water Grill, but our Saturday dinner wasn't the usual high standard. We ordered our usual grilled octopus which seemed under cooked than we are accustomed to, our Caesar salad had browned lettuce which was not typical for Water Grill salad so we sent it back for a different salad. The manager stopped by and apologized and comp'd the Caesar salad. We asked for the no salt butter which they have and tried the prawn pasta which was delicious....
