Went for my anniversary and they made the atmosphere and expirence really enjoyable. Our server Sophie, was super kind, she was super attentive to us and was really kind with her small talk. Food was really delicious with a great first appearance, the environment was friendly, inviting and cozy. We really enjoyed our experience, looking forward to coming back!

very impressed by Water Grill!! first time here for my anniversary and Sophie was amazing, so attentive like she could read my mind! she also surprised us with a dessert at the end and was so kind. got the northwest lobster (half) and king salmon sushi roll. amazing food and atmosphere, all staff were incredibly attentive even though we weren't -their- table. definitely coming back

We had a wonderful dinner at Water Grill Bellevue tonight, and I especially wanted to give a shoutout to our server, Jacob!

We heard that he’s relatively new, but you honestly wouldn’t have guessed it from the way he took care of us. He was incredibly friendly, always had a smile on his face, and genuinely seemed happy to help with anything we needed.
