Food was fine (when we finally got what we ordered) but the staff was HORRIBLE . My group was very polite but the staff messed up our order multiple times between some items being wrong and others just being missing. Staff was very rude and upset with us and made us feel very uncomfortable. We had to fix multiple items at the window and then upon leaving realized they forgot an entire order of fries (Being stubborn we turned right back around and asked them nicely to replace it which they begrudgingly did.).We also saw the woman in charge get into a screaming match with the car in front of us, from what we heard we could tell they had messed up their order as well. Will never be going here again and overall just done with Wendy's at this point.

This is the Wendy's in Lakewood, WA on Bridgeport & 108th St SW.The last 2 times I have been there in the Drive Thru line it took almost 20 mins to get my food ( cold fries ), The last time I spent 20 mins in drive thru line and never got to the order board...I have no idea what is taking them so long????? The Lady in front of me started laying on her car horn yelling " Let's GO ".I finally got out of line and drove over to 5 Guys in the Lakewood Town Center.I'm done with Wendy's.... they have Lost my business. I'm sure the employees at that location could care less.Wendy's has really gone Hill since Dave's passing. What a shame.

Food is typically correct. They do forget sauces even when you ask for them half the time. But fast food so it's great for lunch breaks.Dietary restrictions: One of the few fast food places that has options for gluten free. Not celiac so I can't speak for cross contamination but knock on wood so far no accidental gluten.

I used to work here as a cashier back in the day... but anyways, yeah, they always do it right here. They have consistently rad fast food - it's fast food though, so my expectations aren't very high for what I consider "good" . The likelihood the frosty machine is actually working is pretty high as well - which IS KINDA UNHEARD of, so tbh - in my book that's pretty above and beyond. Spicy chicken nuggets are life and the prices are decent comparatively for fast food. No idea how the rewards work or if it's a good reward/discount program. Would always recommend and I come here when I can!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a dip in the sidewalk making it very wheel chair accessible to enter and exit the building they also have tables that are specifically for someone in a wheelchair, or the staff can easily move chairs around to make it be this way...

Disappointing experience at this Wendy's location, particularly regarding their service policies. Despite it's central location in downtown Bellevue, surrounded by apartment complexes in hotels, it seems inaccessible to pedestrians after a certain hour, as only the drive-thru is operational. When attempting to inquire about placing an order around 9:00 p.m., we were met with indifference as the staff chose to ignore us by shutting the drive-thru window rather than provide clarity on their policies. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for potential customers, especially in a vibrant urban setting like downtown Bellevue. I hope that in its place, more pedestrian-friendly dining options open up in the neighborhood as it detracts from the value of living in downtown Bellevue when such limitations exist.
Glad to see Wendy's hanging on as the only drive through restaurant west of I405 in Bellevue. There were a few drive-throughs grandfathered in by the city of Bellevue back in the day, KFC, Jack In the Box, McDs. Those are all gone by attrition, and now it's just Wendy's. All other drive-through restaurants are west of I405. I hope they continue to hang on and stick it to the "Big Development" man, indiscriminately changing the face of Bellevue.
Probably the worst burgers I've had ever. They sure came out fast but they were cold, buns were cold and the meat was dry. Won't be going here again. I guess it's the only thing open at midnight but if you want a decent burger go to Broiler bay down the street instead.
