This spot is amazing for a quick, affordable and filling weekday lunch. Ordered the Birria tacos and they were DELECTABLE!! So much meat stuffed in every taco, I couldn’t even finish all 3. The owner took the time to come out and ask us how our food was and told us it was cooked with love and it shows!! Stopped by West Coast Tacos in Bellevue hoping for a bold, satisfying bite. The Birria Tacos, made with slow-cooked beef, had promising flavor, but the execution fell short. The meat was so fatty it was nearly inedible, which made the dish feel more frustrating than indulgent.
