This spot is amazing for a quick, affordable and filling weekday lunch. Ordered the Birria tacos and they were DELECTABLE!! So much meat stuffed in every taco, I couldn’t even finish all 3. The owner took the time to come out and ask us how our food was and told us it was cooked with love and it shows!! Got greedy and also ordered the ceviche and chips which we had to take home because we ordered too much. Everything was made to order and perfect. Please try this spot...
Stopped by West Coast Tacos in Bellevue hoping for a bold, satisfying bite. The Birria Tacos, made with slow-cooked beef, had promising flavor, but the execution fell short. The meat was so fatty it was nearly inedible, which made the dish feel more frustrating than indulgent.

I had tacos here several times and the food was fairly good. But this place is often unattended. As it's claimed as open, I would advise restaurant owner take some care of attendance.
