Food was average. Our group got 3 kids pho, 2 reg size pho, and 1 vermicelli bowl. The vermicelli bowl my hubby gave a 4, had a decent portion. The pho is a 3. Suffices when hungry. Broth just ok, salty and could be more aromatic. Very small portion of basil and sprouts and lime for the regular pho. Kids pho had no onions, sprouts or basil or lime. Fine if your kids like that, but mine were dissapointed. But they charge $2 to add a side of that stuff with the kids pho meal....

I like to stop by this place whenever I find myself in the area. The food taste great and pretty filling, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide fast service.

I haven't tried the ramen bowls, so I can't comment much about that, but the tofu and shredded chicken pho tastes great. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to stop by.

Went to What The Pho! in Bellevue Mall and I honestly loved it. The vibe was good, the service was solid, and I really liked how you get to build your own ramen bowl. It made it feel more fun and personal, and everything came out fresh and hot.

For the price, it’s honestly a great deal. I know some folks will say “it’s cheaper to make at home,” but when you’re out shopping and want something quick and good, this hits the spot. I got everything I wanted...
