I like to stop by this place whenever I find myself in the area. The food taste great and pretty filling, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide fast service.

I haven't tried the ramen bowls, so I can't comment much about that, but the tofu and shredded chicken pho tastes great. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to stop by.

Went to What The Pho! in Bellevue Mall and I honestly loved it. The vibe was good, the service was solid, and I really liked how you get to build your own ramen bowl. It made it feel more fun and personal, and everything came out fresh and hot.

For the price, it’s honestly a great deal. I know some folks will say “it’s cheaper to make at home,” but when you’re out shopping and want something quick and good, this hits the spot. I got everything I wanted...

It was a cold day so I was in the mood for noodles. It's inside the mall so limited sitting space available on busy days (weekends). Fast service. I have visited a couple of times already this month. The broth always hits the spot on a cold winter day!! 👌 😋
