Super friendly and welcoming staff! I got some delicious cinnamon rolls, and they even offered to heat it up a bit more and gave me an extra cup of frosting. There were so many yummy-looking gluten-free options, plus items for other dietary restrictions. Great customer service and lots of tasty treats. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cute shop with amazing gluten free bread and products. We bought the French bread loaf as well as some Italian pasta that you can’t find elsewhere. My sister is a gluten free baker and thought this shop’s bread is better. It even kept well unrefrigerated. Highly recommend I Can’t Believe it’s Bread!

Ordered for the first time today, and I am just blown away!
First the delivery was so much faster , ordering the items online was a breeze! (all ingredients are listed)
After being put on a strict gluten, dairy free, limited sugar diet I thought my happy days are over and I will never be able to enjoy food again, but the joys of food are returning!
Thank you. :)

I ordered a cake and some pizzas for my daughter‘s birthday. She has celiac and we as a family have eaten a lot of gluten-free things. This cake and pizza was exceptional and the delivery is a huge bonus!

This store is a bit off the beaten path but it’s well worth driving there because they have such delicious breads, cakes, focaccia, cookies and all sorts of treats. If you can’t eat gluten, this is a dream come true and it’s hard not to get a bit greedy from the excitement and buy lots of things. I sometimes dream about their herby bread rolls because they are just so good.

The person who works there is super funny, friendly and always helpful. So it’s always a lovely experience shopping there. 🍞🥖🤤

Absolutely no other gluten free bakery comes close to this one. It's pricey but worth every cent. They import gluten free pasta and other products you can't find anywhere else.
The quiche was absolutely incredible. If you're gluten free this place is worth the trip.

I have been a customer since the company started under its original owner, Rebecca. She developed and baked all the items on the premises. Since the store was sold to the current owner, there have been many changes. Although some of the products are still made with the original recipes, I have found that they are inconsistent. I used to love going to this dedicated gluten free bakery but now I have found that there are many items that are not made on the premises. If I just want to buy GF products, I can get those in many places. I want a bakery, not a small grocery store. One trip, I purchased some (expensive) macarons made by a manufacturer that had a forward date but they were stale and had to be thrown away. My last trip I bought a banana walnut loaf. When I got home, there were chocolate chips in it. There was no mention on the label of chocolate chips. I called the store to let them know that they needed to check the labels. The owner asked if I had an allergy to chocolate chips and when I said no, it no longer seemed to be an issue. He clearly wasn't going to change the labels. With coconut and chocolate chips, the loaf is too sweet for me and will be thrown out. The cupcakes and muffins were very dense and were also thrown out. They didn't taste at all like they used to! I spent a lot of money that day only to throw out most of what I bought. Also, there aren't prices posted on many items. I don't want to ask each time I want to know a price. Sadly, after too many disappointments, I won't be back.

My wife swears by this place. A really wide variety of gluten free goods. They have a stand at the farmer's market in the summer and we stop by it every week.

Wow! This place is fantastic. The best tasting gluten free baked goods I have ever had. Just the most yummy desserts. Tried the chocolate loaf, cinnamon rolls, and lemon bars. The shop owner was so friendly and helpful.
