Great coffee shop to sit back and unwind in the busy mall. The interiors are beautiful, wooden with a cozy, intimate vibe. Their almond bear claw was delicious, and the London fog was served hot and flavourful. The vegetarian burrito and turkey croissant sandwiches were great for a light lunch. My husband had the hot chocolate with whipped cream on top.

every time i do a mobile order, i’ll place it while im driving to work so it’s ready by the time i get there. when i arrive 15 minutes later, the baristas are behind the bar chatting and my drink wont be ready. every single time i have to ask them to make it and it’s incredibly frustrating. what’s the point of a mobile order if i have to go in and ask them to make my drink either way?? please be better about this idk how hard it can be. the sticker for my drink is always sitting right there too, they just don’t make the drink for whatever reason.

I went on Sunday last week at 5:50 pm asking for Caramel Frappe and they refused to serve me that because they closed the machine preparing for store closing which is at 7:00 pm. They closed the machine an hour and 10 minutes earlier preparing for closing!! Are they serious ?????? The staff too lazy!

They have no idea what a flat white is. I got a latte instead, 1oz coffee and 7oz of milk.... Unfortunately I had to leave before I could ask for something else.
