I ordered a coffee without sugar. I put sugar in my coffee. I have diabetes. Thank you for ruining my mood. I won't come to you again next time.

I stopped by your location at 7PM to purchase a bag of coffee and simply asked to have it grind. I was given attitude about it by 2 female employees stating they don’t grind anything past 7PM. I ended up just leaving the bag of coffee on the counter and left at 7:02 pm only a matter of minutes after they apparently stop offering that as a service to customers mind you your location is open until 9PM.

I contacted the Woods Coffee on 8th street and 120th Ave and informed them about the service I received. They said it was strange that they refused to grind the bag of coffee for me and said if you come here we will do it no problem. Mind you this location I went to also closes at 8 and hour before Bellevue Square closes. I went to the other location and they took care of me and did it with no issue and apologized for the experience I had.

Your employees in Bellevue Square need to be retrained on how to provide a great customer experience. I felt discriminated against by not being offered a simple service I requested especially when your open for another 2 hours. I would love to hear from a manager regarding this and an explanation as to why this occurred…you are the same company I expect the same service if I went to another location down the street and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

So thankful for this coffee shop that its in the mall. Always looking for coffee whether out for movies or shopping In Bellevue malls.

The place is always busy, which is a good sign that they have a steady flow of customers, and despite the hustle and bustle, service was impressively fast and friendly. The staff was welcoming and made sure my order was ready in no time, which I really appreciated, especially in a busy mall setting.

As for the coffee, I have to say it wasn’t as strong as I’d hoped. It’s still a solid cup, but if you’re someone who prefers a bold, rich brew, you might find it a bit on the milder side if you didn’t go for an extra shot of espresso. That said, it’s definitely drinkable, and the overall flavor is pleasant.

The real highlight, however, was the pastries. They were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the coffee. Tried grain free oatmeal cookie and in the past have tried a few different options, and each one was better than the last. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or settling in for a longer break, the pastries alone make this spot worth visiting.

I really liked the 16oz Mudslide that I ordered and it was made very quickly and served to me with a smile. My father enjoyed the cortado, which was not on the menu, but they still made for him. Thank you Morgan.

Pumpkin latte was more like a cup of milk with syrup, without coffee at all. Chai turned to be a regular hot tea. Absolutely no reason to go back there.

We had a stop over in the Seattle area (Bellevue) and decided to do a coffee mission. Wifey had cold brew and I had an Avalanche (similar to a SBUX caramel Frappuccino with coconut).

The drinks were good but they seemed overpriced not sure if this is because location was in a mall or higher prices in Seattle vs. New Jersey.

Woods coffee is my go to coffee shop in the area. The drinks are always great, custom made it with less sweetness, and this iced caramel macchiato was perfect for this hot summer.

Flavor and service good, but got, without exaggeration at most we got 2 oz of an 8 oz coffee.

My friend, who I bought another one, thought I was joking.

Woods Coffee in Bellevue Square is a great espresso and food location. I had a great first experience here. Service was fast during high traffic hours. I highly suggest trying your favorite type of espresso and / or even getting something to eat. The atmosphere has a Cabin like vibe, and there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy your provisions. I will be coming here from now on to get my coffee when visiting the mall. Thank you, and God bless Woods Coffee!

Coincidentally found this place - great caramel macchiato and banana bread (vegan!) and the staff is very friendly. It was exactly what I needed after a long international flight today.

Tried the coffee while window shopping at the mall. Was good and staff helpful as it was my first time at the mall.
