I went on Sunday last week at 5:50 pm asking for Caramel Frappe and they refused to serve me that because they closed the machine preparing for store closing which is at 7:00 pm. They closed the machine an hour and 10 minutes earlier preparing for closing!! Are they serious ?????? The staff too lazy!

The atmosphere and coffee here are pretty average compared to other cafes, but the real highlight is definitely the fresh pretzel bites. They’re super tasty, and I always order them whenever I visit. I’ve tried the cake and other pastries too, but nothing beats the pretzel bites—they’re by far the best!
I was greeted by some nice young lady named Makenna I believe at the till. She was very patient with me as it was my first time here and suggested this peach pomegranate rush drink. I ordered a breakfast burrito which was a little pricey for the quality but the customer service from everyone made up for that cost. The staff were super kind and efficient with the drinks and the line went by really smooth. Very well trained employees and an amazing environment. I will be returning again soon

An excellent place to get coffee while you are in the mall. Our party got an oat milk cappuccino, Smore's cold brew and iced vanilla latte. All were excellent! The place was nice to sit and sip!
