We were recommended this Ramen restaurant and we’re quite surprised to find it. It’s actually more like a Chinese hot hot flavor. This is not Japanese Ramen at all and we were kind of happy because the Chinese hot pot style is so much better. The flavors are much more rich, and it’s a really fun environment and approach to making your own soup bowls. Highly recommend this place.

The average rating of 4.3 stars is understandablePlenty of dishes, reasonable prices, excellent environmentFree lemonade (iced) is also provided————————Style Line——————————Obviously not up to five-star standards1) The ingredients are seriously stained with water. Some ingredients are stained with water and the weighing pressure is serious.2) Earthquake: Yuzi Tofu collapsed so badly that Taiwanese sausages were hard to separate.3) The meal is served very slowly and the cooking time is touching during peak hours. Some recommended dishes: Taiwanese sausage, quail eggs (I forgot to mention that quail eggs are basically all exploded to death, recommended because they are unbearable and delicious) lettuce, duck bloodSome thunder vegetables: beef louver (water accounts for half), beef (not fresh) beef tendon balls (1/4 of the pot after cooking) konjac shreds (same as ? louver)Recommended soup base: tomato/beef bone, both are fine

Recommended by a friend. Not what I expected. I have dietary restrictions. Sorry. Also we weren't explained anything we when came in. Until we got to the register with a bowl. They charge by the pound. And the only choices we were given at the register were "beef spicy or tomato soup not spicy." That's not much to go on.Dietary restrictions: I didn't know what to expect, my first time in. "Pick a bowl, pick food, and they make it for you," my friend said. It all looked good fresh. But I did not expect the sodium content (medically restricted), and it will take me some time and trouble to adjust. Not sure if I could do it again.

I had the beef bone soup base.On the whole, the food is okay, and the ingredients are relatively fresh (compared to a big bowl of Malatang, you can tell the ingredients are not fresh as soon as you eat them). The soup is said to be made from beef bones, but I don’t know if it is freshly brewed or semi-finished. After drinking it, I will drink it anyway It was not a very comfortable day, and it felt a bit technological.

Everything was good until I got food poisoning. I have to miss days of work for this I was throwing up and shivering and a lot more that I do not want to talk about. This was the only thing I ate all day so this is the only place that could’ve resulted to be giving me food poisoning.

You choose ingredients and they boil them in soup. The price depends on the weight of your bowl. I always get the beef broth soup with extra spicy. Very good. Recommended.

If they are from the same company as those in Los Angeles, then the gap with Los Angeles is too big. The Yang Guofu condiment station in Los Angeles has dozens of condiments, and the dish selection area is also very convenient!

Cute build your own bowl ramen shop. They let you make your own ramen bowl with tons of great toppings and you pay by the pound. They have two types of broths, tomato and beef, and you can get them spicy at different levels. I’ve only had the beef but it is really good. There is a bubble tea inside the restaurant as well. They have udon and instant ramen noodles. They have beef and different types of fish and tofu as protein choices. They also have all sorts of vegetables to choose from. There is plenty of seating inside. I would highly recommend for a lunch with friends.Vegetarian options: The meat needs to be added so you’ll be good to go.Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate any dietary restrictions that you haveParking: There is a lot in front of the place. It is small so it will fill upKid-friendliness: Restaurant is more than accommodating to kidsWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground floor and easy for wheel chairs to access

The food was good, came pretty fast and it’s pretty much DIY so you know exactly what you’re getting…because you made it. As long as you enjoy this type of dish you’re all set. A bit pricey IMO. The service was so awkward and a bit confusing.

The food tastes good. But both my wife and I had a bad diarrhea after eating the food... I am lying on the bed right now, regretting being too lazy to cook myself...
