A lively place with plenty of options. You pick your own ingredients and they cook for you. The soup bases are rich and flavorful. It’s pretty loud inside and you had to pay special attention for them to call your number for food pickup. We will definitely go back but maybe when it’s a little cooler weather wise.

Cool concept, beef bone broth is flavorful, and the service was helpful during a busy rush. If you aren’t mindful about the WEIGHT of the ingredients you put in the bowl, you can easily be more than 2 lbs of food 🤣. Also, the flavor is quite one-dimensional and everything is slop in the bowl. A vibe!

Not a fan of the atmosphere as it feels impersonal and the lighting is not cozy.

I liked the ability to select to create your own soup by selecting broth and veggies/meats. They did not have as big of a selection for beef/pork though. I noticed lots of seafood options. They also include a complimentary ice cream and orange. The place was super busy when we arrived on a Monday evening. We had to wait for a spot, but luckily our food came out as soon as we got a spot. Overall, I would go again.
