My favorite restaurant ever. The spicy beef broth is incredible, and all the ingredients always taste super fresh. I love that you can fully customize your bowl depending on how hungry you are or what you’re craving that day. Plus the free ice cream is DELICIOUS!

It gets pretty hectic during peak dinner hours and the seating system is a bit confusing but it is still so worth it.

If I ever win the lottery I am going to build a ygf in my house...

YGF is my go-to malatang place in Bellevue. I love the variety of options and customization. The food is always great. There is also complimentary fruit.
The area has a lot of parking, but it can get crowded, especially during peak meal times. Inside is also crowded when they are busy.
There is a boba shop inside of YGF Malatang as well, and it is always a good option to go pick up a drink while you are waiting for your Malatang.

YGF Malatang is definitely one of the better malatang spots we’ve had around the Bellevue area. We ordered the stir-fried chili oil bowl and the tomato broth bowl, and both were delicious with really satisfying flavor.

The ingredients tasted fresh, and there was a huge variety to choose from. The staff was also helpful and friendly.

Overall, a really solid spot for malatang, and we’d definitely come back again.
