All YGF franchise locations should have the same ingredient and soup base availability. This is my one gripe with the YGF brand. I have been to other YGF locations and have found the ingredient availability to be inconsistent. This should be fixed.

Came here at 5:30pm, lines were already out the door by 6pm. The whole place was packed with no tables open by 6:15pm, the amount of customers here is crazy. Food is good, plenty of selection on the self serve station

This is one of my favorite restaurants on the Eastside. Parking is easy, the staff are always so friendly, and the food is fresh and clean. The broth choices are absolutely amazing, but I always go with spicy beef broth. 1 star is plenty. The watermelon to start is a nice refreshing start, and the ice cream at the end is just what you need after hot soup. I eat here in the winter and in the summer. Nothing stops me from malatang!
