I used to love coming to Yifang, and the boba was always amazing. 04/27 (6:30pm) the woman working in the store was extremely rude, when all I just had a couple questions about the different drinks to make sure I was ordering the right thing (brown sugar milk tea, not brown sugar milk). She turned her back to me and was just on her phone ignoring me. When I received the drink, the boba was so extremely soft that it was completely dissolved and gets completely stuck coming up the straw (see picture). Definitely the absolute worst brown sugar boba I have ever had. I would have asked for a refund, but I had already left after such bad service. I don't know what happened to the quality of this storeEdit: when I finally got to taste the milk tea, it tastes like water, not enough milk or tea ?RIP having boba on National Boba Day.

The boba is excellent. Staff don't really provide more than basic service, but I don't begrudge them that. Working food services sucks. Not a great hangout spot due to the limited seating area.

It was my first time trying Yifang teas and I was not disappointed. The menu is not too big not to small, the place itself is nice and I really like the tiled floor. I got Yakult with Passionfruit Green Tea and Peach Fruit Tea. Both were good but I could barely taste yakult in the first beverage. Prices are reasonable.

Came here a month ago and had the best boba but I returned today and it was horrible. Smaller, tough, cold and rubbery. They weren’t closing any time soon so I don’t know why it wasn’t fresh.

They had the best customer service! The employee was willing to help with great attitude. Will definitely come back again! The drinks were tasty too!
