We normally order online, this is the first time we sit inside but we feel disrespected. My son wanted to use the restroom, the male assistant stopped him saying it’s not working, and told us to take him to little sheep on the other side of the street (on a rainy day). Later I saw someone else used the restroom and it’s working fine! Feel cheated! Th assistant says the Wi-Fi is not for customer use either, first time seeing a store with such poor service and rude assistant. Will not order anymore.Reply to owner: he lied to you, you can check your video, he stopped my son and told us to use the restroom across the street on little sheep. Also, after the other man used the toilet, I went to the restroom too, the assistant knocked on the door fiercely saying “not for customers”! It’s so rude for a man to knock the door fiercely when a girl is using restroom!! First time in my life!

Personally love the drink and its compositions. Its most classic one is yogurt with purple rice. I love how milky the liquid is and how chewy the rice is, feels fresh and just out of the pot or however they make it. I do feel like the people here could make a better impression by being more in a work mode. Some are lousy and on their phones or talking away when customers come in and could care less about advertising their products. Some drinks are pre made and that could just be that they want to save time but sometimes it feels like it has been sitting there for a long while or it's old. It can also be a bit pricey, the bottles are short and small, yet you pay a good $7-8 if including tip.

I usually visit this place often, but on my today buy I noticed a change in the quality of the yogurt drink cups. The new cups are very fragile and easily breakable. I would like it if you could revert to the previous, sturdier cup model. Also, it seemed like there was less rice in the drink than usual.

Came in to pick a doordash order, had to wait 2 hours long had no cultural respect what so ever, no decency to speaking in English so that other ppl can understand. No respect for the delivery people and telling us to cancel our orders even after saying that it would affect our rating. Very very miss organized. Never online order from there for your time and money and for ur doordasher.

Wonderful place to go to! Staff is always friendly.Highly recommend the purple rice yogurt drink. Though if you aren't a fan of the rice, Avos (Avocados) is my next choice.They've also recently introduced dragon fruit flavor as well.Highly recommend this place

Great place to get a bubble tea alternative that is supposedly healthier but taste just as sweet. We love going here on hot days or even as a treat after a good hike.
Got the hawaiian banana and lychee rose yogurt. If you are a yoghurt lover you are going to love this place. The drinks have blended yoghurt and fresh fruit blended together. Would be coming back to try the other interesting flavors. The drinks were very refreshing!The only downside is that the drinks have to be finished within an hour or two otherwise they might get spoilt.
