Today I went & tried Albas. It takes a lot for me to finish a meal, but the really nice guy had to take my plate away because I started to chew on it after all the food was gone. Alba's Cocina is an excellent, authentic Mexican restaurant serving delicious and incredible food. The atmosphere is quaint and minimalistic, but very clean and spotlessly clean. The staff is very kind, courteous, polite, attentive, and friendly. The service is awesome. The owner is very nice and sweet, always welcoming guests with a big smile. Specific praised dishes include the birria, the chile relleno, a chicken fajita burrito, shrimp fajitas, and a delux burrito with pastor. The chips and salsa are great, with both red and green salsa options and a mild pico de gallo. The food is always flavorful, generous, and really awesome, with very reasonable prices. It is a place where a lot of care is evident, making it worth a trip and compelling customers to return.
