My husband and mother-in-law and I went here for their jazz brunch. The music was great and the atmosphere was very fun. It was t very busy which was nice. The staff were all really friendly and great. The staff was really nice about accommodating for my dietary restriction too.

The he/she bartender from last night, 8/30/25, was so rude and disrespectful to me and my friends. They created an uncomfortable atmosphere. They shouldn’t be talking to guests like that or making other guests feel uncomfortable. If the bartender can’t handle a long day while controlling their attitude, they should pick up another gig where they’re allowed to bleed their feelings onto others.

Our bartender, Mossy, was easily one of the best mixologists I’ve had in a long time. They didn’t just make drinks, they performed them. Every cocktail was executed with precision and artistry, like they knew every recipe by heart. The attention to detail was incredible, no shortcuts, everything classically made. At one point, Mossy lit a stick on fire to smoke the orange peel for an Old Fashioned, and it was one of those “wow, I’m in the right place” moments.
The drinks themselves were balanced, elevated, and absolutely worth the visit. If you appreciate true craft cocktails, this is where you want to be.
We also ordered the potato croquettes, and they were pure comfort with a twist.. Creamy and soft on the inside, almost cheese-like in texture, topped with spicy mayo, basil, and micro greens that pulled it all together beautifully. Easily one of the best bar bites I’ve had in recent memory.
Between the flawless cocktails, thoughtful food, and Mossy’s professionalism and artistry, this bar is a standout. I’d come back again and again. Honestly, the bar alone has me curious about the attached hotel. If it’s anything like the cocktail experience, it’s probably just as special.

Up for a visit and we stayed at The Leo Hotel. Enjoyed both a late night bite and drinks with family at Amendment 21. And next day Jazz brunch to celebrate birthdays in our group. The food and drinks were amazing. Lite jazz playing in the background made for a totally wonderful time and we will be back.
The music and service was too notch. Food was good. The room is pleasant but is a bit strange like it is lacking any character or warmth. They had so many pictures taped up in the windows that it really affected the lighting. Weird ambiance. Blake Angelos the pianist made it very special.
Our server was fantastic for Easter brunch. Very attentive with an amazing attitude. The food was ok, a little bland. Fun omelette station. The quality didn't match the price, however. Very expensive for what was there. Our picky kid barely ate anything and everyone was $68 per person. Maybe add in more seafood options. Have salt and pepper on the tables. The live music was nice but overbearingly loud. We could not carry on a conversation at all. It would have been fine had they not been miked up.
Food had good flavor and presentation. Musicians were excellent. Server was very friendly and nice but slow considering it didn't seem busy overly busy. Ordered a second round of mimosas when our food was delivered and received them after we were done eating....would suggest this place for the food but not service. hopefully this was just an off day and this is not typical.
We came for a jazz brunch. Service was great and the jazz was low key and pleasant. The ambiance was elegant if a bit retro but casual. The menu had variety with some classic scrambles and benedicts. The chef's execution of the benedict was somewhat disappointing. The poached eggs were overcooked and did not run, and the hash browns appeared to be deep fried to a very dark chocolate brown without doing much for the flavor (weird). However, the hollandaise was excellent.
We had some great Amendment 21 cocktails. Did not care for the Aviation, but that is not an Amendment 21 cocktail.
The Leopold's Ghosst is fantastic.
Now I have to find boomsma cloosterbitter ;)

Great St Patrick's Day brunch. Best corned beef Reuben ever! Great menus and great service. Will celebrate at the Leo again next year!
The "restaurant" is in what appears to be a hotel conference room, and were it not for the food on the tables, you'd never know it was a restaurant. The dark decor lends the whole thing the feeling of a crypt. Food was good! Nothing to write home about, but nothing bad either.
Great ambiance, relaxed, comfortable, upscale. Delightful live music. Great service. Our Manhattans were some of the best we have had. The wine (Willamette Pinot) was delicious and went well with the excellent duck confit (vegetables extra). Desert (chocolate moose) seemed like an afterthought. Ok but not up to the caliber of the rest of the meal. Expensive but reasonable value considering although I would have preferred that vegetables were included with the entre. Will go again I am sure.
What an experience, I'm super happy that I chose here for their special Thanksgiving dinner. The food was delicious, the drinks were yummy, the staff was professional and very friendly, and the atmosphere of not just the dining room but the hotel itself is exceptional. Awesome experience all around.
Quiet but kinda nice hotel bar. I ordered a gin martini with olives. They didn't have Sapphire. Bartender was knowledgeable, though, and knew it was juniper-forward and dry, so found a suitable replacement: The Botanist.
