Had to call to let them know we were going to be late to due traffic issue. They were so understanding and held our reservation with no problem! Lobster dinner was perfect! I like my lobster well done and they cooked it perfectly. Even brought me some GF toast to go with. Great spot Great view NICE people!
Great food as always but I've noticed a deterioration of quality in their wine list as part of the ambience of ordering a bottle of wine to drink with dinner is the uncorking of the bottle. Now one can order a $60 to $75 bottle of wine to go with dinner and the waitperson just comes to the table and unscrews a cap. We return to the Hearthfire in Bellingham almost every time we're in that area and we're never disappointed. I've tried a variety of things on the menu.
