This place is always great to visit. Love all the staff, and always have an excellent meal or drink sitting at the bar. Service is always fast and phenomenal!
Ive eaten here 8 times in the past month or 2, ive made it a weekly thing now. I normally order on doordash but today i went in person, staff was nice and the place looked clean. The food is consistently good, i normally get bacon burgers and chicken pastas. This is the only place that makes chicken exciting for me, its perfectly made. the pic is the bourbon street chicken and sausage pasta ive been getting every week lately

Applebee's is a shell of its former glory. However, this last visit was ok. I expected to leave a one or two star review. But, they redeemed themselves somewhat. The food looked and tasted pretty good. Our server was friendly and trying her very best. Unfortunately, she was unaware of basic things she should have been. (Beers on tap, etc.) Overall, I was pleasantly surprised but still pine for the Red Robin of old.

Brandon sucks- were the ONLY table he had to attend. I put my order in for 1 APPETIZER which took an HOUR to be brought out to me ONLY after someone asked me about my service. Every time Brandon is the bartender he is 9slow and acts over stimulated. One to two tables stresses him out then Tracy comes along to fix his mess. By the time I got my appetizer I was ready to leave, I ate two bites and paid. I would have liked my appetizer with my drinks but of course any time Brandon works the bar that doesn't happen even when it is SLOW. GET SOMEONE BETTER ON THE BAR, HE SUCKS!!!!!!!! Dont worry I come here every week, if he is my server next week ill be sure to praise or hate on him, this is just irritating because we also witnessed a couple come in seated by the bathrooms who had fo address they hadn't been helped by the server to the host and the host grabbed waters--these people left within 10 minutes of getting their water because Brandon was way too over stimulated over 3 drinks he had to make. 😆 🤣 Please fix this tbis is around 3:30 pm, clearly your more trained staff need to come in sooner to help relieve people who can't handle the job. This makes me nervous when he has more then 1 table, hopefully Brandon handles those more professional even with an empty BAR!!

There are clear signs of being understaffed and unorganized, and the unprofessional behavior from the front-of-house team was noticeable the moment I arrived. I was not greeted warmly, and the communication between staff members felt chaotic. The environment itself looked dated, unclean, and poorly maintained.
The front-of-house manager came across as dismissive and unnecessarily condescending. It set the tone for the entire interaction and made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
Based on what I observed, I would not choose to dine here nor recommend this location to others. My family and friends typically choose higher-quality restaurants like Keenan’s at the Pier, Anthony’s, or Galloway’s when visiting the area, and even more casual options like Red Robin have consistently better service and attention to detail.
This location needs significant improvement in professionalism, cleanliness, and overall hospitality.

I didn't really think the sauce worked with my entre. Applebees over-did the sauce, there was too much, plus it wasn't very complementary to the dish. We needed little plates with our appetizer. The little tacos were delicious, but a little messy. On a subsequent visit, my chicken was chared too much.
