Tables are wobbly, sticky, and everything is grungy. Far cry from their glory days. The mocha I got had improperly steamed or old milk used, because it was HEAVY. Not enough air in the milk. I'd hate to order a cappuccino. This review was done intentionally, by a group who is reviewing local businesses.

The denseness of the raspberry matcha cake was fabulous! The drip coffee was disappointingly weak.

The staff at this location helped me come out as trans, and have been supporting my decision to potentially have bottom surgery, with a few offering financial assistance 🥹. Go here if you are trans! 🖤🖤🖤🖤

I am a remote worker and spend a lot of time in cafes. I came here twice so far and felt very comfortable working in the space. First time in town, appreciate the vibe of this cafe.

Really good coffee and other drinks. Especially the ginger blast tea. Good pastries as well. They used to have a dedicated gluten free bakery, not sure if they still do, but they do usually have gluten free treats.
The barista short-shotted my drink. After ordering a Big Ted (3-shots), I noticed she only prepared two espresso shots. 🫤 When asked, she did add the additional shot. Disappointing, as I know the owner wants each drink professionally prepared.

We tried to get bagels next door but they were closed so we wandered into Avellino and decided to share an iced caramel latte and a muffin. This was no exaggeration the BEST coffee I’ve ever gotten from a coffee place. I’m a bit of a coffee snob and I could tell right away from the color it was going to be good, but had no idea it would be THAT good. The wonderfully kind people working said they make their caramel sauce in house, and get their coffee beans from Locus. I’m already dreaming of the next time I get to have another iced caramel latte from here!!!

Coffee is good. Unfortunately no gluten-free options at this time but hopefully again in the future.

Wonderful pastries and coffee. The owner is very hands with the baking process and you can tell he takes pride in what he serves. Really kind gentleman, along with his whole staff. Very casual, nice tucked away spot downtown!

We came here for coffee after having breakfast nearby. It’s so cozy - specially with the paintwork on the ceiling which looks like clouds. We got oat cappuccino, drip, cinnamon roll and peanut butter chocolate cookie. The coffee had a delightful roast and had some nuttiness to it. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino and my wife really liked her drip coffee - she didn’t feel the need to add too much cream as well. The staff were kind and patient. A great place for your caffeine needs!
Best coffee in Bellingham!

I had the driest, thickest, most disgusting muffin I've ever had in my entire life here. The coffee was ok

warm staff, very fair price, long wait for consistently poor drinks. go to starbucks instead, consistent great quality, more attentive staff, fraction of the wait time.
Great coffee and treats. Currently looking for a new GF bakery but they still offer a small selection.
