I love the atmosphere and flavors! Not a cheap experience but a high quality experience for sure, kid friendly, delicious and kind staff who are really genuine peeps!
Mallard is THE Bellingham ice cream shop. Always mixing up fun, funky flavors in addition to classics and such a fun atmosphere to enjoy. Their staff always rocks AND they even have a fridge full of pints of their ice cream available for purchase.
Plus, they're consistently creating fun collaborations with other local businesses in the area, most notably, collabs with dessert shops that bring in their dynamic flavors to match Mallard's.

Popular place with just the right amount of kitsch. They had 5 vegan options when I visited: 2 coconut-based ice creams and 3 sorbets. Got the blueberry ice and it exceeded my expectations! Super smooth and tasted like fresh blueberries.
