We tried to get bagels next door but they were closed so we wandered into Avellino and decided to share an iced caramel latte and a muffin. Wonderful pastries and coffee. The owner is very hands with the baking process and you can tell he takes pride in what he serves. Really kind gentleman, along with his whole staff. Very casual, nice tucked away spot downtown!
We came here for coffee after having breakfast nearby. It’s so cozy - specially with the paintwork on the ceiling which looks like clouds. We got oat cappuccino, drip, cinnamon roll and peanut butter chocolate cookie. The coffee had a delightful roast and had some nuttiness to it. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino and my wife really liked her drip coffee - she didn’t feel the need to add too much cream as well. The staff were kind and patient.
